In the fourth quarter of 2023, the Tycoon gaming category on Android devices has seen notable trends in Australia. Data provided by Sensor Tower gives us an insight into the performance of the top five games in this genre.

Township, published by Playrix, maintained a steady influx of revenue, peaking at nearly $62K in early December. Downloads saw a significant uptick towards the end of the quarter, jumping from 2K to over 6K, while weekly active users showed a gradual increase, ending the quarter with over 27K active users.

Family Island™ — Farming game from Melsoft Games Ltd displayed a consistent revenue pattern with slight fluctuations, reaching highs of approximately $32K. The game experienced a decrease in downloads over the quarter, with numbers falling from 1.5K to just over 1K. Active users remained relatively stable, with a slight increase to around 4K by the year's end.

Last Fortress: Underground, by LIFE IS A GAME LIMITED, showed varied revenue with a notable dip in early December to around $19K before recovering to $23K.
